                                                    Dr. Hephzibah Ebi Suobo is President and Chief Insight Officer (CIO) of HephziSuobo Group International.

                                                    Motivational Speaker, Entrepreneur and global business advisor. He is Chief Insight Officer (CIO) of Fifteen Point 

                                                    Three Ltd, President of Hephzi Suobo International Group, and the President of World Affirmative Action Awards

                                                    (WAFAA). He has an honorary Master’s degree on Youth Work and Development, and bagged honorary Doctorate

                                                    degree on Christian Education from Los Angeles Development Church and Institute, California, USA in 2015. He is

                                                    a Steve Sielbold Certified Speaker, USA.  He received Council for Peers Award of Excellence (CPAE), and Certified

                                                    Speaking Professional (CSP), and recipient of Senior Orator Nigeria (SON) from Association of Certified Public

                                                    Speakers of Nigeria (NSA Nigeria) 2016. He is a gender and women development advocate certified by the

                                                    International Council of Women (ICW) 2004. He read Banking and Finance in University of Port Harcourt, Nigeria 

                                                    1994-1998.

He attended a one year bible school program at Christversity Word Institute 1999; after that he became an itinerary minister 2001 -2015 and have taught in several inter-denominational platforms, church meetings (Global Impact Seminars 2003) in south-south Nigeria on leadership and stewardship, personal and success attitude development through Hephzibah Leaders Organization (HELLO). He started Rich Student Poor Student Seminars in 2012 targeting 41 million students currently in school every year and 500 thousand graduates from over 120 universities and semi-tertiary institutions in Nigeria speaking to many undergraduate and high schools’ students; motivating students to Earn While YOU Learn by taking advantage of the Free Enterprise System before and after graduation. A program endorsed by the Central Bank of Nigeria CBN in 2009.

As a business coach, he has inspired many Nigerian youth to Be Their Own Boss and budding entrepreneurs to own and manage small and medium scale businesses (SMEs), create jobs or become self-employed or pursue and achieve academic and financial freedom. His experience in work place spans across executive and legislative government portfolios and adhoc committees in the State of Bayelsa in Nigeria from 2007-2013. He has also worked and provided consultation services for several non-government organizations in the impoverished Niger Delta region in Nigeria. His passion for youth development got him an invitation from the government to represent Nigeria in the Youth and Civil Society Forum of the EU-AU Central African Sub Regional Consultative Forum in Yaounde, Cameron in view of Common Wealth Head of Government Summit, Lisbon, Portugal, 2007.

He is associated with the Youth Employment Summit (YES) 2004-2012; a bi-annual youth program of Bill Clinton Global Initiative in 55 countries to half global unemployment by 2002 to 2015, with a cumulative goal of creating 500 million jobs. This initiative motivated him to embark on youth advocacy and empowerment in the oil rich Niger Delta region and as a result he has been interviewed on motivational guest programs and panel discussion programs by many national and state television and radio stations in Nigeria.
